How to match isolated roomies?

Sometimes the tile needed for the Quest of the level is behind an obstacle, and is seemingly unreachable. Use the effect of a Power roomie.

 

 

 

You can also use Bonus power to create a Power roomie or use Hammer power to remove the tile outright.
